If you want to file a complaint?

You cannot appeal the Department of Civil Affairs' decisions regarding the acquisition of real property to another authority.

However, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman, and the Department of Civil Affairs’ decisions can be brought before the courts.
